saviors and saints, devils and heathens alike
she’ll eat you alive
Playing around with textures and layer properties while trying to color Lilith…
I’m not feeling well tonight (cramps, joy!), so I’m just trying to put down rough sketches.
The first one is Clair, who’s a rabbit. I wanted it to look like she’s losing some of the leftover grace in her body, after it was used as an angelic vessel, but it doesn’t look great in sketch form and I’m not sure how to successfully go about portraying it visually. So it just looks like she’s vomiting up something liquid when it should eally be like, I don’t know, this sort of golden liquid light. I might do another to go with it, of her all powerful and full of light. I might throw some wings in there for the heck of it, too. Go big or go home. Inspiration: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05. Pose reference: Senshistock @ DA.
Second is Gwen because pear-shaped cheshire cat girls and ridiculously fluffy tails are pretty great, amirite?
Third is Lilith, who I love drawing just standing around and looking disgusted by everything. I like the flow of her legs, skirt, and tail, so I’ll probably do more with this, too.
Colors! No shading because I’m lazy and it’s getting late. I also completely blanked out at some point on, you know, how feathers are supposed to look, but I suppose it’s not the end of the world.
Someone +watched me on FA today with a really cool red panda/peacock hybrid character that I felt compelled to draw.
Aaaand some color. You can’t really tell, but the scales on her front are supposed to be sparkly.
Sketch of my dumb strawberry milkshake tiger-dragon girl who I intend on making a fursuit of at some point. Also, she still doesn’t have a name.
This one is so much better than the previous one I posted wow what was I even thinking.
